This week is the Spicey edition of the G-Spot featuring some of our favorite spices, with reference material taken from The World's Healthiest Foods website. Here's the spice mix:

• Coriander
• Cumin
• Mustard seed
• Tumeric
• Garlic
• Ginger

We'll learn how to blend them together to make a Madras Curry Paste.
